Keegan Kolesar

Keegan Kolesar has recently finished his first professional hockey season as a member of the American Hockey League's Chicago Wolves, who are the affiliate team of the National Hockey League's Las Vegas Golden Knights. Prior to playing professional, Keegan had an outstanding junior career playing as a member of the Seattle Thunderbirds of the Western Hockey League, helping the team earn an Ed Chynoweth championship in 2017.

Keegan trains in  our Pro Group during the summer months.

Jonny Hooker

At age 16, Jonny Hooker finished his first season of junior hockey playing for the Brandon Wheat Kings of the Western Hockey League. Jonny helped the Wheat Kings create a big upset in the first round of playoffs against the first seed Medicine Hat Tigers. Prior to junior, Hooker was a member of our inaugural Rink Hockey Academy Nationals Midget Prep team and led division goals that season as well.

Jonny takes part in 1v1 sessions with our Rink Professionals and trains in our R1 Junior program during the summer months.

Alana Serhan

Alana Serhan has recently completed her fifth and final hockey season as a student-athlete with the University of Manitoba women's Bisons. Alana had a tremendous season with the Bisons helping the team finish first in the regular season final standings. Alana and the Bisons went on to win a Canada West conference Championship and an eventual U Sports Women's Hockey National Championship, which was their first ever national championship in the 21-year existence of the Bisons' program. The Porcupine Plains, Saskatchewan native played for the Melville Fox FM Prairie Fire in the Saskatchewan Female Midget Hockey League prior to attending University.

Jack Lenchyshyn

Jack has recently wrapped up his first season of junior hockey playing for this year's Manitoba Junior Hockey League champions, the Steinbach Pistons. After hoisting the Turnbull Cup, Jack and the Pistons went on to defeat the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League champions, the Nipawin Hawks, to win their first Anavet Cup in franchise history. This win also punched their ticket to their first appearance at the RBC Cup tournament in franchise history. Last year, Jack was a member of our inaugural Rink Hockey Academy Nationals Midget Prep team and was the captain of the team as well.

Jack trains in our R1 Junior program during the summer months and takes part in 1v1 sessions with our Rink Professionals.

Eric Fawkes

Eric Fawkes recently finished his first second season of midget hockey with the Winnipeg Wild of the Manitoba Midget AAA Hockey League. Fawkes, a product of Winnipeg, MB, was a second round pick of the Seattle Thunderbirds in the 2016 WHL Bantam Draft. Fawkes helped the Wild win the Manitoba Provincial Championship this past season, as well as advance to the Telus Cup Regional final where they lost to the eventual National champions, the Notre Dame Hounds. 

Eric trains in our High Performance Power Skating during the off-season.

Martina Barclay 

Martina has recently finished her second year of bantam hockey representing the Winnipeg Titans of the Winnipeg Female AA League while also playing in her second season for the Kelvin Klippers of the Winnipeg Women's High School Hockey League. At age 14, Martina  represented Manitoba by suiting up as a member of the U-16 Program of Excellence team. This year she hopes to represent team Manitoba once again as she is one of 40 players left in the selection process. Next season Martina will be trying out for the Female AAA Midget League. 

Martina trains in our R1 Female Bantam program during the summer months.
